  • Allows user to subscribe and register online.
Online Help
  • Provides step-by-step guidance to the user. The help menu provides assistance to the user on the very issue he is faced with.
  • Set your own learning pace with the “How Do I” instructions and “Getting To Know” information using advanced interactive training methods. Alternatively, type the word to locate every occurrence of a word or phrase that may be contained in a help topic. To aid in your search, you can even have the word highlighted in the selected topics.
Virtual Closing & Flexible Accounting Periods
  • Run the Income Statement, Balance Sheet or any reports for any range of dates any time without the need for a period-end closing exercise. Biztrak’s real time online system is programmed to update all relevant books by single point entry
Easy Sort & Filter
  • You can easily sort and re-sort your information by simply clicking on a particular column heading. You can even specify sort columns from the sort icon at the sheet bar, which allows user to do multiple sorting. There are various combinations of parameters for user to select from depending on the user’s preference.
Drill-down Capability
  • Allows user to zoom in the transaction and understand a particular issue quickly and effectively by drilling down to the original transaction in Inquiry screens.
Comprehensive Reports & Statements
  • Supports common reports and listings for business needs. Reports can be viewed on-screen and exported to PDF/ Excel formats.
 eBridge (Import & Export)
  • A middleware solution that facilitates the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution to bridge the information gap between various financial and business management applications.
  • It features the exchange of data in multiple formats and in a bi-directional manner, elasticity in communication, different batch modes structured in both an attended and unattended manner for rationalised processing of data.
Multi-Currency
  • Automatic exchange rate conversions for foreign currencies. User can maintain foreign exchange rate to more than 4 decimal places.
Multi-Language
  • The system will be multi-language enabled. The system will first be deployed with English as default, and subsequently other languages such as Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia will be added in stages.

Security Access Control
  • Controls access by company, branch, module, screen or action such as edit, delete or print.
Security System Setting
  • Allows control of access by company, branch, function, module, screen and even specific tasks like add/delete/email/print. Access log and user defined auto log-out are also available.
  • User can choose to lock all transactions, specific transactions or a range of transactions with specific dates to prevent the transactions from being accidentally modified, deleted, or tampered with.
Option to Lock Transaction
  • Options to lock all or selected transaction likes Sales Order, Sale Quotations and Purchase Orders to prevent any unauthorized modifications or deletions.
Audit Trail
  • GL Audit Trail lists all the posting and modification to the transactions. It provides you with the information on the posting dates, the posting time and the user who posted, modified or deleted the transactions.
Timeout
  • Supports system timeout.

  • Sets up credit limit and credit terms check.

Chart of Account (COA)
  • Available of a number of industry-specific templates for quick start-up.
  • Supports up to nine (9) levels of COA in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), suitable for divisional, departmental, projects and other sub-account structures. The relational database management system eliminates the need for segmented account codes. All 9 levels can be viewed and printed in a tree-view format for clear representation of the relationship.
  • COA can be restructured at any time to reflect dynamic business requirements without the need to delete or re-enter existing transactions. Account codes, descriptions and linkages can be changed freely, without worrying about the impact on existing transactions.
Analysis Codes
  • Up to nine (9) levels of analysis provided on top of the multi-level COA, making it easy for user to allocate expenses etc. to divisions, departments or any classifications.
  • User can make use of analysis codes for more comprehensive report and analysis.
Branch Accounting
  • Supports unlimited branches with separate branch accounts and financial reporting likes Income Statements, Balance Sheets, other reports.
GL Reports
  • You can generate General Ledger reports like Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger Details or summary over the period you specified.
 Journals
  • Allow generation of journals with foreign currency and taxes.
  • Each line of account has its own remarks. All inputs are validated for balanced entries.

Cash Management Reports
  • Cash Management reports provides you with the information on the in – and out- transaction you carry out from your bank accounts.
  • The reports also include information on whom you make payments to and customers who have made payments to you.
FIXED ASSET

Tax Return Period
  • User definable taxable period according to your tax return period (From: To) which assigned by Director General.
Tax Reconciliation
  • Prepare tax filling by executing the tax reconciliation process according to the pre-defined tax return period.
  • Supports tax filling based on Accrual and Payment basis.
Tax Reports
  • Besides tax return reports and business forms, more than 30 Tax reports can be generated to assist auditors and users to understand how the system operates or counter check with internal or external parties.
